1. About Kisholoy

Kisholoy is a community and support platform for parents, family members, and caregivers of children with special needs. The app is currently in development, with a planned launch in late 2026 or early 2027. Signing up for early access does not create an account or guarantee access on any specific date.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Kisholoy account. Accounts are for parents, guardians, and caregivers — children do not register for or operate their own accounts. Any profile you create for a child in your care is managed entirely by you, and you're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Community Guidelines & Your Content

The সমাবেশ (Forum) is a shared space — treat other families with the respect and care you'd want for your own. You retain ownership of what you post, but you grant Kisholoy the right to display and distribute it within the app. We may review, moderate, or remove content that violates these Terms or our community standards, including anything harmful, harassing, or misleading.

4. Tam, Our AI Companion

Tam offers everyday, conversational guidance — it is young and still learning, and its responses may contain mistakes. Tam is not a doctor, therapist, or other licensed professional, and nothing it says is medical, legal, or professional advice. Always verify important decisions with a qualified professional before acting on them.

5. Donations

Donations made through Kisholoy are processed by third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms as well as ours. Donations are voluntary and, except where required by law or agreed with you directly, are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

Kisholoy's apps, website, logo, and icons are the property of Kisholoy Network. You may not copy, modify, or use them without our permission, except as needed to use Kisholoy normally.

7. Prohibited Conduct

When using Kisholoy, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or demean other users or their children.
• Post false, misleading, or harmful health or safety information.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Attempt to access another user's account or child profile without permission.
• Use Kisholoy for any unlawful purpose.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms or puts the community at risk. You may stop using Kisholoy and request account deletion at any time.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Kisholoy is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not provide medical, therapeutic, or legal advice, and content shared by users or Tam should not replace guidance from a qualified professional. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kisholoy Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Kisholoy develops. We'll update the "Last updated" date above and post significant changes here or, once available, in the app.
