• Account & profile information: once the app launches, a parent or caregiver's own account details and any profile information they choose to add for a child in their care (e.g. name, age, care notes).
• Community content: anything you post in the সমাবেশ (Forum) — posts, comments, likes — and messages you send to Tam, our AI companion.
• Usage data: basic technical information (device type, general location, app interactions) to help us keep the app working and improve it.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above to operate and improve Kisholoy: to notify early-access sign-ups about launch, to run parent/caregiver accounts and community features, to respond to Tam conversations, to keep the community safe (including reviewing reported content), and to understand how the app and website are used so we can make them better. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Children's Information

Kisholoy accounts are created and controlled by a parent, guardian, or caregiver who must be an adult — children do not register for or directly operate their own accounts. Any information about a child (such as a care profile) is entered and managed by that adult, who may review, correct, or delete it at any time. We treat this information with particular care given its sensitivity, and we do not share it outside Kisholoy except as described in this policy.

4. Community & Public Content

Posts and comments in the সমাবেশ (Forum) are visible to other Kisholoy users. Please avoid sharing sensitive details you'd rather keep private. Conversations with Tam are used to generate responses and to improve Tam over time; Tam is a guidance companion, not a healthcare provider, and its replies should always be verified with a qualified professional.

5. Sharing With Third Parties

We share information only with service providers who help us run Kisholoy (such as hosting, email, and payment processing for donations), under obligations to protect it, or when required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

6. Data Security & Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here — for example, early-access sign-up details until launch outreach is complete, or account information for as long as your account is active plus a reasonable period after.

7. Your Rights & Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw an early-access sign-up, at any time by contacting us below. Once the app launches, account and profile settings will let you manage most of this directly.

8. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies needed for it to function properly. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as Kisholoy develops. We'll update the "Last updated" date above and post significant changes here or, once available, in the app.
